1. Expanded metal mesh refers to metal sheets that are stamped and stretched; it is divided into steel expanded metal mesh and stainless steel expanded metal mesh; it is aesthetically pleasing, sturdy, and durable. Expanded metal mesh is a type of metal screen. It is also known as metal mesh, diamond mesh, iron plate mesh, expanded metal mesh, heavy-duty expanded metal mesh, foot-operated mesh, stainless steel expanded metal mesh, grain silo mesh, antenna mesh, filter mesh, speaker mesh, etc.
2. The expanded metal mesh is hydraulically conveyed to the technical section for measurement of its width and diameter to ensure accuracy in subsequent operations. After measurement, the expanded metal mesh is fixed in place, ensuring proper positioning before proceeding to the next process. One process involves applying rust-preventive oil to both ends of the expanded metal mesh; the application area can be adjusted according to the width of the mesh. The entire expanded metal mesh is then packaged. The paper feeder automatically inputs packaging paper of the corresponding length and width based on the width and outer diameter of the expanded metal mesh, causing the mesh to rotate once.
3. The shearing of the expanded metal mesh is also a very important part of the entire process. There are two main methods: Arbitrary surface cutting: The cutting edge is parallel to the sheet, leaving a diamond-shaped grid. When the cutting tolerance is plus or minus 1/8, both sides are cut. Joint surface cutting: This type of cutting is done by cutting along the centerline of the sheet that extends beyond the specified width.
