The production process of perforated decorative mesh requires strict control. Mold design is crucial from the very beginning of the perforation process. The quality of the mold largely determines the quality of the perforated decorative mesh product. Therefore, in recent years, we have invested a significant amount of capital and effort in perforation molds, significantly improving our mold design and manufacturing capabilities and accumulating a variety of mold patterns.

Currently, we use the advanced domestic WKC-2000 CNC punching machine for production. Stepper motor feeding and PLC operation control ensure product accuracy of +/-0.15mm, and standardized management allows for the punching of perforated decorative mesh within the range of 10mm--0.2mm.
Perforated decorative mesh produced from wire mesh is widely used in curtain wall decoration, urban road decoration and protection, shop entrance design, mining, pharmaceutical, grain screening, indoor sound insulation, noise reduction, grain depot ventilation, and machinery protection. It is also used in kitchen equipment such as stainless steel fruit baskets, food covers, and fruit plates; as well as in supermarket shelves and decorative display stands; in grain depots, it provides ventilation and breathable mesh; and in football field lawn drainage systems.
